Understanding that things can go wrong when firering clay to such high temperatures is part of making ceramic pieces. In the workshops these vulnerabilities will be explained and steps will be advised and taken to do our up most to avoid any damage happening in the firering process.
By signing up and paying for any workshop you understanding and accept that on the rare occasions work made could become damaged in the firering process, and Botanical Press is not held responsible for work that is lost.
The timing of expectant work made in workshops or commission can vary.
From the time it takes for drying time, to hiring the kiln for two fires and how complicated the build is. From January to September I try and make sure everything is done in a 8 week window, but as stated this can be earlier or later.
Anything made mid September to December will be with you in the new year due the seasonal rush on the kiln I have access too. If you require it sooner this can be discussed, and possible additional charges could be added for hiring a different kiln.
If you fail to respond to communications within a 2 week window, regarding collection of pieces and don't pay invoices within the time allocated, your pieces are at risk of no longer being available and put up for general sale.
I do not accept any refunds.
